If you have not yet filled out the emergency card for your child we need you to do so very soon. If you are having trouble filling out the form and need support please stop in the office and we can provide assistance. Also, if you need access to a computer to complete the form, please stop in the office and we provide one for you. The office is available to provide assistance between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We are here to help.
