Monday’s Post

Good afternoon,

I hope that this post finds you and your family well. We are in the home stretch, the weather is beautiful and components of life are beginning to return to normal. I want to thank each and everyone of you for working with us during these odd times. Your support has been invaluable. I am aware of the challenges of meeting the needs of yourself, your household and teaching your child. Due to all of your efforts, I believe, our students will be ready to roll in the fall. As of now I still do not have a clear understanding of the plan for the fall but if everything moves smoothly we will have a light early start for students who need extra support and will have intensive after school academic programs running. Once the plans for the fall are shared with us I will share them with you.

Tomorrow and Wednesday are the physical days for pickup and drop off of belongings. Below are the plans for each classroom. At this point each teacher should have shared the plans with the families so this is just a reminder.

There will be a box, for book return, set outside starting tomorrow and Wednesday from 9:30-2:30. We are in the process of rebuilding our library and continue to invest money into it. Having the books returned to us will be extremely beneficial and much appreciated.

As far as the chromebooks are concerned, please hold on to them for now so that your child can access on line summer learning to assist in decreasing any summer learning loss. We will collect the chromebooks in the fall.
