Hello,
I just wanted to give a brief update on Covid-19 in the community. Covid-19 transmission levels have increased in Wayne County. Our county went from a low-level rating to a high-level rating within 1 week. Here is a link from the CDC with the current data:

At the high-level transmission rating, the CDC recommends the following:
- Wear a mask indoors in public.
- Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines.
- Get tested if you have symptoms.
- Additional precautions may be needed for people at high risk for severe illness.
Though the county has not issued any mandates, I wanted to give you all the most current recommendations taking into consideration Wayne County transmission levels.
Lastly, as stated in previous blog post, we have FREE AT HOME COVID TESTS in the office if parent want to come and pick them up.
