Fall Fest is this Friday, October 30 at 7:00 P.M.

The Dearborn Public Library is doing another Big Read. This time they are focusing on Edgar Allen Poe. If you can write a scary story, they want you! The link below gives details. Big Read Stories

Many more parent volunteers are needed for Fall Fest. If you did not recieve a volunteer sign up sheet, please let the school know. We need your help to make this event a success.

Family Movie Night is this Friday, Ocotber 2. Entrance to the field will begin at 6:30 P.M. Book Fair will run October 1-6. The Book Fair will also be open during Family Movie Night, in case you want to help you child select books. All T-shirt orders are due October 1.

This is just a reminder that school will not be in session September 23, 24 ands 25 due to the Eid.

We are glad to welcome all new and returning students to Nowlin. Please come to school well rested and prepared to learn. Parents are invited to our open house on September 17 to see the great things we have in store for our students this year.

Nowlin will welcome the new incoming kindergarteners with the Jumpstart program. Parents should receive a letter outling the program in detail. Incoming kindergarteners will be invited to come to work with Mrs. Polgar, the kindergarten teacher, on August 25 through August 27 from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M.
